It's amazing how dirty the glacier is but then the coves are very clean

It really only was dirty at the bottom where it builds up, further up it was very white. We did not venture that far in our tennis shoes 🤣

Hey! I ran into you two at Spirit Island. (I shot footage of your canoe with my 360 camera, and got your info. - I just finished processing my video and remembered to look you up on KZbin.) It was nice to meet you both, even if it was brief. Great channel. I'm subscribed now!

Really enjoying your video’s. You are right up there with Steven Colbert on my list. I have been to many of the same spots with my family over the years in Alberta. However, Faris going for a long canoe by yourself that time of year is a little dangerous if anything were to happen. Take care of Lisa my friend.

Thanks for the love and concern Peter. A little adventure always pushes us out of our comfort zone and usually becomes some of our most cherished life experiences. Would not change this day for the world. We do agree safety should not be taken lightly and will make sure to be more prepared in the future.

We can’t believe all the fabulous sites you’ve seen on your travels. Watching you drink water from the glacier made me think that neither Emmett nor Ethan would do that. Come to think of it neither would Eric.

Canada has been some of the most breathe taking and relaxing scenery yet. Haha living life on the edge. They use that water to fill up our water bottles!

I think my muscles got sore from watching this video. Had my fingers crossed that they way back was going to be easier. Somebody needs to figure out a Hot Tub that fits in a Revel. Love seeing the fall colors, thanks for sharing!

Haha we should just get rid of everything in our garage and put a mini hot tub back there. Future video maybe… is that something you would watch haha?

You guys cook better in your Revel than we do at home. Come back South before the snow starts. I'm worried you'll get stuck up there. It is very beautiful. You guys could compete in IronMan. I need some FatMan activities. LOL I keep editing as I watch. I feel like renting a helicopter. I'd fly in to get you guys.
@FarisandLisa

We are coming back south now! We are used to the colder weather, but one of the reasons for this whole journey was to escape the dark Michigan winter. If you rent a helicopter it sounds like we may have an extreme episode on our hands haha

How is it in Canada
@FarisandLisa
@FarisandLisa 3 жыл бұрын
Canada is very nice! A little culture tip for you: Canadians use the word “eh” after a lot of their sentences. For example, “the weather is nice eh”. You can try it out for a little. Starts to get addicting.

K.M.s? haha The Canadian slang is klicks. Most people just say kilometers. Next time you're on a tippy canoe on a frigid Canadian lake, wear your life jackets/PFDs. You will become hypothermic within 5 mins in that water and won't be able to help yourselves.
