Just an FYI, it's not a Muslim thing not to smoke, drink alcohol, etc. That's all religions. As for the pork thing, you find that in Judaism and it also used to be a part of Christianity as it was difficult to keep bacteria from growing in pork while it was being transported.

@@jennifers7555 it’s definitely not a Muslim and Islamic thing. My grandma would say smoking and drinking now doesn’t look good. Going to bars on your own isn’t good right now. We got coffee shop so it’s not just a Muslim thing. It’s a Christianity also

As a dad with a daughter her story of saying goodbye to her Dad brought a tear to my eye. Her Dad is a hero for getting her out. It’s what any father would do even if it meant sacrificing your own to keep your children safe. This woman is an absolute warrior for being able to still smile through all she’s been through. Your content is amazing James. Keep up the great work. These stories need to be told ❤

Hi! I'm an independent English escort completely by choice and I love my job, so I don't think you can blanket the whole site under the same guise but I get what you mean. This is why they need to further legalise (it's not illegal to pay for sex in the UK except in Northern Ireland) and legitimise this business. If we followed in the footsteps of the Netherlands for example, I think it would give far less opportunity for this kind of modern slavery. There's a company called the CPE (collection of prostitutes in England) that are fighting to get a bill passed so that we can regulate it properly, if you fancy going down a rabbit hole one evening they're quite interesting to read into :) What this woman went through is horrific and is definitely still happening all over the world but to say every escort has the same backstory is diluting hers. Sex work is work, and it comes in all forms. This wasn't work this was exploitation.

@nomadicdramatic2496 issue is if you legalise it will be much harder to prosecute for those who are trafficked as the act will be legal. Also morally a lot of people wouldn't be happy either
@nomadicdramatic2496
@nomadicdramatic2496 Жыл бұрын
@@Disneymumma nothing immoral about working to provide for yourself and/or family, plus it's already legal, so 🤷‍♀️ Fact of the matter is you'll never be able to get rid of the sex trade, so we need to do it properly. It would better protect both provider and customer. It's absolutely everywhere and it's some of the most "normal" people you know. Not to mention the money the government could make on taxing it, and we're not a very rich country right now.

Gut-wrenching, remarkable story. Lurata is such an example of how love transforms the most vile evil. What a beautiful woman in every sense. Thank you James and Lurata. We're waking up to so much evil in this world through stories like this which have been hidden. This is the time of great light and awakening. Horrific as these truths are, the flipside is more wonderful. We're realising how incredible we are and that there are so many more good, well-intentioned and loving people than there are predators and psychopaths with no soul. More disclosures will bring us together, one human at a time. Bless you both. ♥

It fills me with fear on how evil can come up from out the woodwork so quickly. We think that we are 'decent' in the UK, but say if a war happened, the fact of how quickly the monsters lurking, and how quickly everyday people who we think we know, would show their evil and would come out to play freely. They do it underground at present, but there aren't gangs of them coming around your house. Human's have always fascinated me and they fill me with fear, as devils walk amongst us.

The part where she says you wouldn’t let other people speak to you the way you speak to yourself… damn that hit home! She is one amazing lady and I have so much admiration for her survival and also her forgiveness in order to move past the pain and trauma and to shed light on those evil sick people that are still trafficking people to this day. THANKYOU LURETA for sharing your story with us and Thankyou too JAMES ! Another amazing podcast. Probably the best.❤

So happy that you came through all of that and found your way in life. I've been suicidal and exercise, not drugs from the doctor, was my escape form the turmoil. I will defo buy your book. You are an amazing woman. Continue to be strong and just love your life now. I wish you and your family all the very best.

The depths of depravity that exists in this world makes me sick. Some people believe that these people don't exist. I assure you, they do. I met someone like this on plenty of fish in 2019. Please be very careful online dating as these nasty people are in the UK and can hold of you and ultimately your kids here too. I am so sorry that you had to endure this.

What an amazing woman ❤ Watched Jemma Lucy yesterday and always thought that she was damaged, but look at the adversity for both women and the completely different ways that they handled it. Lurata is an absolute warrior I hope Jemma Lucy can find her way back from Satan and into the light. Brilliant interview James 👍♥️
