Nicely edited video, I enjoyed the clips you inserted and the well roundedness of the narration. I'm back from a week in the Gila Wilderness with my 8 y/o grandson. It was so good for our souls and we had fun except for the moments when he really missed his mama. This trip was a needed respite for her after 2+ months of sequestration.

I saw at the start of this video, you ask "Could you do it?" Well, I dunno. But I think I would find it hard to just be stuck in one place, (Especially at 31 deg!) though I'm sure I could certainly handle the travelling! So you both have the right mental attitude to carry on in the car park! I too am on 'Slug n' snail' patrol, at about 2 am everyday, so that we don't lose all our hostas! (My partner's gardening mad). Our temperatures at the moment (in East Anglia) are about 19-20 deg. So about 12 deg. less than you! I like it to be around 25 deg. but not muggy. One last thing, did you know your video now carries about seven adverts during it? Three of them are the same, with of course the Seal Rescue Ireland one. I don't mind them, as long as people aren't just using you, without your knowing. Loved this video, another great one! Keep safe, keep well and keep smiling!

Hi Charles - we are slowly winning the battle and we have been told that if you put a clove or garlic in a watering can of hot water and let it soak and then top it up with cold water it scares them off !! LOL .... I don't know if it works ... but I will keep you posted LOL Also on the advert front - Chris will check it out ... Quite new to your channel, about a year or more catching up on your vlogs how you survived lockdown in a car park in Turkey is amazing, was wondering were you the only ones staying in the car park as have noticed other campervans also where there washing facilities etc loving your Japan series

Thanks Sandra - yep there was a Turkish guy we nicknamed the General, and a couple in an overland car but they were elderly and isolated from us. Yep we were super lucky to be living in that car park for the initial lockdown, as there was everything we needed - we share it in one of the videos !! 😉🌺🙌

I think it is better to leave that place. Istanbul is an old and big city, so many places to see, you can travel in Istanbul. And for travel ban, you can travel to other cities by permit. I am pretty sure you can get travel permission, because you don't contact with other people. If you would like to get travel permission, just contact with your embassy or TRT reporters you had interview with. I believe you miss a lot when you stay there in a great city and country.

there are many best places of world to exprience in Turkey. it can take months to visit all. if i were you i would start searching where to visit inside Turkey instead of going to another country. There are many many different regions and cultures to visit all over Turkey.
