Me and my cousin made a big two story shelter when we were 12 years old. No tools no ropes no saws or knives. Just breaking and bending logs and twigs. Our parents would hangout in there. It kept rain out and lasted awhile. We never called it bushcraft. We called it building a fort.

Years ago I used solo hunt a lot. Stayed many a cold night in a warm lol shelter a lot more simple than this mansion you built. People that haven't done that don't know the feeling of a warm shelter with a small fire cooking a little supper. Gets one in the mental mindset of being a hunter for sure.

O,..hi, Mr Bushcraft Dimas, I'm so impressed by your work, effort and excessive strength you have shown on your videos making your dugout shelter, you only have is a small 🔪 knife and your arms strength, using your two arms to dig the earth soil, but you overcome that stress that keeps you to continue but sometimes I saw you stop and take a minute rest, then you go and continue working until you have to go and cut woods in length, that's scenario makes me glad until your strength comeback and until you finish the finely and lovely shelter..Good job, works done in your mighty hands. And love ❤️ your food you cook..Good luck in your Buschraft Adventure sir Dimas...watching here from Phippine Island..Ariel🥰❤️👍

Nice video. Good concepts. However, I'd opt for a slanted roof in case of weather or rain fall. Best to bring a small shovel for digging or make a digging stick, so you don't damage your knife. Line your oven with slate or clay to avoid a root fire. Use caution when rummaging through undergrowth, venomous snakes, spiders, etc. could be problematic. Best wishes.
