We need to hear these words more so today. I have similar words that I wrote listening to sermon years ago on notebook paper. I like the description written here. The people in this world today in 2024 are so caught up in the way of the world, meaning the god of this world has blinded their minds because they were never taught or don't want to believe in Jesus and the Bible. I have learned to discipline myself by watching a sermon everyday of Charles Stanley. Come back Jesus, come back.

Times have really changed 😕 😪 I found a Bible that was given to my dad by his teacher in 1944. You can tell my dad cherished that Bible bc you can see pages marked and verses unlined and prayer request made and when they were answered( I might add some weren't). In today's world that teacher would be sued and would've lost their job. The simple life and times we thought were so hard , were actually the best.🙏🙌✝️ God bless 🙌 🙏 and please keep your faith and stay on that straight and narrow path, Romans 12:2 King James Version 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 🙏 ✨️ 🙌 ❤️

I'm stuck between not wanting to be Biblically attentive to what God wants for me and what I desire with my eyes, mouth, etc. I'm spiritually waffling and feel powerless to change. I was drawn to this video but while watching I found I had to rewind all of the time as my mind wandered to what movie I was going to watch next, my financial concerns, etc. I want that better life God offers but it seems so impossibly attainable. I wasn't always this way but a lot of negative stuff in my life led me to drink too much, and then there was pornography. It didn't help that most of my military colleagues were in the same rut. I've avoided pornography for quite some time now and stopped drinking a few months ago, but I still feel empty inside.

My in laws are catholic, and South American. I have been to a Spanish mass a few times, and the way the women dress is just incredible. They wear pants so tight they look as if they were painted onto them. Low cut blouses and mini skirts. It’s like going to a night club or disco tech. Unbelievable!
