I am a veteran of 3 wars.I will always honor those wounded in battle. I was lucky. So many times i should not still be here. Nothing is worse is to be forever injured because of fighting for you country and democracy. Wounded soldiers should be honored by all of us. They could have died but it was not their time. Never squander a life that fought to save the lives of others.

This story is almost more than I can bear. To hear that they beat and tortured such an injured soldier and then sold him is worse than a war crime. Then to see him doing so well I know that he is truly a super human. First to survive and then to thrive. Prayers for and gratitude to this precious hero and his family! 🙏❤️🙏

Truly a super human and an inspiration to us all. As bad, evil, as russians are - that is how good, great Ukrainians are. I've heard the separatists in Donetsk are the most brutal - interesting how the Chechens were better and cared about trading their own - something russians could care less about
