Honestly I prefer this (and like the series with his brother) to any podcast format. I really love slice of life stuff with (certain) comedians to remind me that they area in fact just people. You just turn on a camera while hanging with the boys on a roadtrip and it's somehow compelling lol. But maybe keeping these videos being rare is a good thing, the perils of parasociality and all that ("stream snipers" like on Twitch can get super weird and sometimes dangerous)

I don't know if it is available in the states but "slimming world" is a very good diet, mainly because there is no calorie counting, just moderation with certain foods, you can probably guess which ones, you can eat unlimited amounts of fruit and vegetables so still possible to pig out
