So strange. All this infantile western drama without once hearing from the Peruvian people that helped them.

No words for the outrageous irresponsible recklessness deployed by whoever gave the go ahead for this hazardous mountain hike. People with no experience or training, set off with no clue of the real dangers to life and limb, the guides didn’t even have emergency medical equipment and openly admitted that life had been lost on a previous expedition prior to this one. That 55 year old man was extremely lucky that he didn’t die on the mountain and whoever led him to believe that he was equipped for this extreme adventure at his age, for the sake of making a documentary, should face full consequences of their actions
