My narcissistic abuse did not come from a love relationship but from my relationship with my father and family! I have an extremely narcissistic father and an enabler mother as well as Flying monkey siblings. I had to go no contact with the family I came from so that I could heal and grow and be a good father and husband and let the family I created be affected by the family I came from !
