Although I respect Drew's opinion in the video, it's important to note that this information is geared towards those who live in high-cost urban areas. There are less expensive options available. I understand that Angola may seem like an expensive country, but if you travel inland, it can be truly amazing. There's so much to discover and explore, and I'm sure you'll have a great time.

This is a huge problem unlike in western countries where everyone sees that as a development for all and generations to come.
@fartexpertable5 жыл бұрын
Nah, it’s because African countries are the most corrupt and their leaders take total control over their rich resources and exploit them to the maximum. That’s why African nations can’t produce, it has nothing to do with others pulling them down. If Africa’s natural resources were more privatized like the west it would be in much better shape, as you're most likely to be lied by a politician than a businessmen. That’s economics for ya.

No offense to Angola, I’m from Portugal myself and I can tell the decolonization was really bad. Portugal was in a rush as the dictatorship had ended and we quickly grabbed out people out of there, troops and civilians, as the war was intense and out of proportions. Then, a peace and an independence treaty were done in order to give them freedom, but was very late. Communism had take Angola and corruption started to exist. Most people suffer from poverty and really bad conditions and almost every single person is not well living there. I think the people need help and combat the elections scandals and the greedy government and the parties which want only money on their pockets. I hope in a few years, you’ll get back in shape and become one of the richest countries in a world with a good GPD and almost no poverty.

With those prices, I can’t imagine even the tax rate, if there is one. Great job, as usual, on the video. Keep them coming! I can hardly wait until my t-shirts arrive!

I just checked the price in Rupiah. And, I must agree, the price in Angola is very expensive for me, an Indonesian. 😮 OMAGAAAAAAA!!!

It’s not expensive, they are just scamming you cause you from USA 😂

Even in USA, there is the popular and the expensive. But in poorer countries, what is popular in USA may be classified as expensive there and thanks to it, they up the prices (that isn't a concern like in USA).
