The FASTEST Way To Build A PAID Membership Site In Webflow (Memberstack 2.0)

Today I am going to show you how you can build a PAID membership site inside of Webflow! This way you can monetize your business by gating your valuable content and adding subscription functionality to your site.
One of the easiest ways to make passive income in our web-based world, is to create some sort of valuable content - whether it be an online course, a blog, a series of podcast episodes, etc - and release that content as part of a membership plan. Webflow is still in the beta version of their native membership offering so, while they work to finalize that feature, we will have to use another tool to build our paid membership sites inside of Webflow. In this video we will be turning to Memberstack 2.0.
Memberstack 2.0 is one of the most popular ways to build a paid membership site inside of Webflow. Their software allows us to gate our content, build paid membership plans, and embed signup and login forms seamlessly into our Webflow accounts with little to no code. They are awesome! There is a decently steep learning curve we've got to climb before we can really harness their product to its full potential, but once you summit that peak, there is no better solution currently on the market. With that in mind, I decided to make a full tutorial video so that you can get over that learning curve and get your paid membership sites ready to rock with as little hassle as possible!
In this video I will show you how to structure your paid membership website in Webflow (including login page, signup page, and how to structure your gated content on your site) so that you can start receiving payments from paying customers. I will also show you how to set up your paid membership plans, integrate those plans with Stripe, create gated content, build a profile settings page, set up a pricing table and, finally, embed all of this seamlessly into your Webflow site. By the end of this video you will have a fully functioning paid membership site complete with a full signup and login workflow along with a robust gated content infrastructure to monetize your valuable work!

Hey man! Thanks for the lesson here. Im completely new to webflow, but exploring site builders to facilitate a members area, since Pricing Plans (Wix version of Membership) is quite limited. The question is, within Member Stacks, can you give people the ability to pay whatever they want, and then filter them into respective membership tiers based on hitting a minimum threshold of payment. Ie. Any below $25 is just donating, and in the free plan. From $25-49 is Basic $50-99 is in Intermediate $100 and above is in advanced I really want to have this functionality in the Members site that Im building, and wonder if Webflow with MemberStacks is a possibility

Please, I encountered a problem. Anytime I'm logged in and I open the original domain name of my website in another tab, it takes me to the original home page and not the home page for logged in members. How do I fix this? Also, if I copy the dashboard link and open the link in another tab when I am logged out of the website, it still opens my dashboard. Is this normal? How can I make the dashboard link inactive when I am logged out? I need help please.

why use memberstack instead of purchasing a template for a one-time-fee and relying on webflow's native user features? does step#10 protect gated content or is it only good for astetics/conveying information. for example, unpaid users see a lock icon, paid see a video (the paid content). Is that video protected or if someone inspects the page are they able to access that video.

You used fake banking details and it gave access to the membership. Was that for demo purposes and you added your actual banking details? How does stripe determine if the details are valid?

Yep that’s just a stripe dummy card I used while in test mode. Can’t use that actually to get free subscriptions 😂

I’ve honestly got to say, while their “learning curve” isn’t easy, memberstacks team is the most supportive team ever. They invite you to their slack channel and are highly proactive in answering all your questions. Duncan even made a demo site to show me how something was done (automatic logout timer) and then posted it with a video for me to know how to copy paste the code correctly. I love them.
