Wow, Lou! Look at that beautiful car. I am amazed at how automobile styling in the 1960's was simple yet stunning. This car has details like the front end treatment that is simple and elegant yet futuristic. The roofline on this car is just dynamic in its execution. IMHO, that roofline is one of the best looking ever on a car that was later copied by Mercedes on its coupes in the 2000's. This styling follows a less is more philosophy that is both hard edged but with subtle detailing. Look at that rear design taking the front and removing the headlights to complete the overall look. You really have featured a gem here and being painted black only enhances its look. I'm so fond of black cars that I currently drive one. I like the interior as well and having a manual transmission is like the cherry on a hot fudge sundae! Mmmmm. Thanks or sharing this, Lou! You have iconic and varied cars on your channel which makes each episode a must see!

This is a great surviving 1967 Dodge Coronet RT! The black color suits it very well and overall it is in excellent condition for 32,000 miles. What a beautiful car. One of my older sister's boyfriends had one back in 1967. Red with the 440 and the four on the floor. What an amazing design look, etc. Hemi's were not seen in southeastern Massachusetts, to the best of my memory back in the 60's.. Would have been a crime for such a beautiful beast to be exposed to the salt water air. Seeing this car brings back memories of Jimmy Addison's "Silver Bullet."

@@loucostabile Lou, I always look forward to your videos. Few people realize all the prep work and editing that makes sure your videos are fact filled. You also express the human element of how personal the attachment is between the owner's and their magnificent vehicles. That Mopar is definitely a pristine survivor! I always had a fondness of the Dodge Coronet of that era. This 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T equipped with a 426 Hemi engine with a manual 4-speed transmission! A perfect combination! This Coronet reminds me of a friend's Dodge Coronet Super Bee that had the exact same equipment this car has! That car would flat out run! That Hemi sounded super healthy, and the exterior paint job is in excellent condition. I could tell by the grin on the owner's face that he really loves this Mopar! Nice car as always Lou!

This car with the Delaware plates brought back a memory... In the 1970s I was in high school in Delaware. One day my friend Max and I rode our bikes to a nearby neighborhood to his uncle's house. Around the side near the back of this little house there was a 1967 Coronet R/T 426 Hemi 4-spd in it's original off-white paint that had sat unused for a few years. The car was only 10 years old, and he said his uncle could not afford the higher gasoline prices, or the rear tires the car burned up. He lifted the hood and the huge round air cleaner atop 2 4-barrel carbs and massive Hemi valve covers seduced our 15 year-old brains much like seeing a pair of real boobs for the first time. Fantasies of hammering the throttle in street races swirled in our just-about-to-get-drivers-license minds. Max pleaded with his uncle to sell the car to him, but no luck. I have no clue what happened to the Coronet after that.
