There was this one article I don't remember who released but they asked Survivor couples if they would play together on a season! Matt and Frannie both said no to playing with each other again because they both think the other would be a distraction!

I could just never ignore the whole puzzle debacle when thinking about whether to consider Carson or not, and for that reason alone I think we're fine not seeing him back. Just wouldn't feel right!

Matthew had so much happening and production has stated it as a med evac, "In that timeframe, that last injury, I fractured my humerus; a piece of that broke off and had to be removed. I fractured my scapula, which had to be reattached, I tore my rotator cuff. I tore my labrum, which is the lining of your shoulder. I shifted the cartilage within the joint, and my subscapularis muscle had to be reattached." I would love to see him play again! He's probably at the very top of my return wish list (as long as he is able and willing to)

I felt like they should have said more about Maddy. She is a riot and was an amazing first boot. I would absolutely love to see her come back. She had such fire.

Matt and Frannie is Survivor's best couple, and you can't change my mind. Literally every other showmance in Survivor history has been between one of the young popular pretty girls, and one of the young athletic bros. This is not to say that Matt and Frannie aren't beautiful people because they absolutely are inside and out, simply point being that it was a nice change of pace to see on Survivor players veering more towards the nerdy archetypes getting to find love this time.

@ericdobric9976 Also, no. NOT about looks. I just said I thought both Matt and Frannie were perfectly beautiful people. It is more a personality thing and where people stand as far as social clicks go. Yes we should always strive to break down social barriers and not put people into boxes, but the reality is they exist, and they do play a vital role in how Survivor operates its casting.

Watching. I think I agree with Liana’s reasoning but disagree with the prove concept. I think people rewatching Carolyn now has eyes on how her game is played and that skyrocketed her threat level because people see that she has an eye for the game and understanding. At this point she plays at a higher level and uses her social game to improve. I don’t see a world where she doesn’t come in and has a run where she becomes a new era staple

Gameplay wise, I think we’ve reached the ceiling on Carolyn. I don’t know if she could replicate her success on a season without a Yam Yam or a Carson. If she’s on a tribe without those two or without the insulation they provide, I feel like she’s sniped very early on. I really like Liana’s point about letting some of the other characters come to the forefront! Let them on!

Not to be negative but I always felt alone in thinking how boring this season was… I think it’s the weakest new era season…. But of course they had some players I would love to see play again like Carolyn, Frannie, Maddie and even Helen! Don’t think we need to see Yam Yam again, same with Danny. Carson and Jaime I would also wouldn’t mind seeing a second chance run

I feel like the bird cage with the pre-made fake idols ruined this season, along with the Bruce injury. If Bruce is there I don't think he goes with Jam, and Carson becomes the swing in a 3-2 (the Sarah no vote also screwed up the first vote) and Carolyn goes first. She is absolutely horrible in challenges, there is no way she makes it in the premerge of another season, because a tribe is essentially competing down a person. Also since the season has concluded Carolyn and Carson have been very shady and Carson's story apparently isn't what it seems, see @outplaypuzzles Maddy also deserves consideration since she got idoled out on the first vote with a single vote.

Now that the jig is up and people know he works for NASA and 3d prints all the puzzles to the point of memorization, he might be too big of a target. He got away with playing up that he was this young meager guy who was just happy to be there last time. Noone's falling for that act in a returnee season.
