Such understandable sadness about Rudy's vote out: the big guy Rupert looking like his heart's broken & Jerri in tears as if she just lost her best friend - even though she's an actress & can be two-faced, her tears look genuine. RIP, Rudy.

R.I.P. Rudy Boesch (1928-2019). He was the ripe old age of 91 years old when he died yesterday of complications from Alzheimer's disease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rupert has earned my respect here. Despite everyone telling him to get rid of Rudy he refused to sell out his friend

I felt so bad about Rudy being voted out - even though he hurt his ankle they should have sent Ethan packing since he messed up the boat immunity challenge (leaving behind the bailing bucket & paddle which cost Saboga valuable time). If they kept Rudy around longer they would have IMO done better on the Home Depot challenge - he had common sense and was likely the only person Rupert would listen to since they had an alliance. (Rupert didn't listen to Jerri on the Home Depot challenge - she like Rudy has common sense but he didn't listen to her. She was trying to behave herself so she didn't force the issue as much as she would have on the Outback. Ethan I think also knew Rupert was wrong but felt it safer to keep his mouth shut since he knew he had a target on his - so neither he nor Jenna L. [blech] had Jerri's back. The shelter later flooded during a storm so Jerri was proven right)
