absolutely amazing season. up until the finale. the worst finale in survivor HISTORY. i loved everything else though. chris winning was a complete and udder SHAM. fucking hated that. Lauren or Rick should've won. so stupid that chris one. I'm still pissed over it and rant about it like every day.

I agree that someone could have come back pre-merge, then send the others home. If that was the case, Chris would have been gone. Although I have enjoyed Joe and Malcolm, don’t keep repeating players over and over. After 3 or 4 times, I am tired of seeing them. Chris probably should not have won, but that’s the way the game went.

Gavin was pretty good imo. I think he played way too passive towards the end but other then the Kelley blindside I feel like he played pretty well up until like the final 7 where he had the potential to take control of the game and become a big player but he didn’t. I still think Gavin played a better game then everyone on the season besides like Victoria and possibly Ron. But other then that I find his game to be pretty underrated just way too passive towards the end. That being said Victoria should’ve won this season easily. Also wanna touch on the Devens vs Chris point, where obviously Chris was out of the game for so much time, but Devens played TERRIBLY in my opinion and what Chris did from f6-onwards honestly is more impressive then how Devens played the entire game. Plus I just found Devens to be super annoying anyways.

my favorite this season was definitely aurora. she was a badass and had sm personality and attitude. she was a challenge beast and was definitely the best female competitor this season.

For me it is very weak season. It is very sad, since it has very good cast. But in the end it all got thrown away :( We lost Vic and Lauren... and again so many idols in F5... what could Julie or Lauren do? I was very disappointed with final episode :/

How did Rick play terribly? Idols and immunies are part of the game. He completey owned the Outplay and Outlast portions of the game.

She survived Lesu, ate nothing, actually played the game, found an idol and strategically didn't use it (assuming she doesn't use it for Chris and makes it to the final 4) until the end.

@@worthplayingfor2197 Unfortunately, saying you "actually played the game" to a jury of Edge players (a majority of whom got booted much earlier than you and didn't do as much of "playing the game") is not a good strategy. This is because of human nature - jurors saw themselves in Chris. The early boot jurors overwhelmingly voted for Chris for this reason. Invalidating Chis' game invalidates the jurors' game. You'd be right but a majority of the jury won't see it that way. Of all the unfair advantages Chris had, this was the biggest and it secured his win once he reached final tribal.

Lauren wasn’t manipulated into giving Chris the idol, she gave Chris the idol to ensure Victoria went home, now it would’ve been a greater move to of played it on Victoria because she could’ve beaten her in challenges but hey, it would’ve been a good move either way. I wish we got a lauren win though, she is so underrated

I've binged watched 18 seasons over quarantine and this was the worst season by far!! Runner up for second worst was season 36 haha. 37 David vs. Goliath was fire though!!

Production turning it into the Rick show is why I was thrilled he didn't win. He wasn't a good player and never warranted that amount of screen time. Victoria was a good player who didn't get any time on the Rick show. This crap season deserved Chris as its winner.

I don't think this season was as bad as people are saying it is! This season had a good cast in which it has strageic, physical, social, and funny charchters such as Reem, Aubry, Wendy, David, Wentworth, Wardog, Ron, Vic, Lauren, and Chris! The Edge of Extiction twist was not horrible but not great either! It had a good premise, and I liked how u can find advantages to give to players in the game! I however did not like how late Chris was able to get back! My least favorite thing about this twist is how u get an idol to split if you get back espacially for Chris! This would've been a good twist if not for that, and if the second reentry was earlier! This season had ok gameplay and some good tribals/ blindisdes! I liked the tribal councils of Chris, Aubry, Wendy, Eric, Julia, Wentworth, Ron, and both of Deven's elimnation! I give this season 8/10

He had no social game and was on the bottom the entire post merge and only used idols to survive and he was voted out 4th and had no business being in the post merge anyway. And as a person he was obnoxious and was really rude to Aurora at times calling her a "goat" when she would've won if she made F3, which was why she was voted off at F6 for being such a big threat. He was a gamebot and airtime sucker. I hated him.
