He had several opportunities and he never did. He knew what could happen if he sat in F3 with him. And it happened.

Personally I liked this season. Survivor doesn't need to be completely unpredictable every turn of the way. That's how Game Changers and HvHvH got so much backlash. And no, Survivor is not a game of twists and turns; it's survival. I'm glad Ghost Island didn't get in the way of decent gameplay because I was not looking towards a Ben Driebergen 2.0

In my opinion, the thing that ruined this season was the swap after the first 2 votes. It was fun getting to know the cast in the premiere but after the first swap it was just purple vs orange for the majority of the season. That format pretty much gives the game to players on the tribe that wins the first two immunities since nobody has to see where they stand in their original tribe before they have the option of just nonchalantly picking off people from the other starting tribe.
