I actually think the Heroes lost when they sent Tom out over James. No way would Tom have let JT hand over his idol to the villains. Cirie could have easily flipped and worked with the villains, in particular Parvati, Danielle and Sandra, or played both sides post merge. It was a good move for JT to get her out now. S34 SPOILER: It will be interesting to see what happens between Cirie and JT if anything!

The was the downfall of the heroes tribe. Cirie could have dealt with the idols on the villians tribe pretty well and JT wouldn't have given his idol to Russ. In addition to that, they got rid of Tom next which was another mistake. JT was literally the death of the Heroes tribe.

I don't think so. The heroes were on a losing strike and Cirie wanted strong men out from the tribe. Had they kept Cirie, they would have kept losing challenges and they would have been completely decimated even before the merge... Being that said, voting out Cirie was actually a good choice at that stage of the game. Furthermore, even when I like Cirie, I definitely think it would have been better if they had sent Cirie home instead of Stephenie during the second TC.

Getting rid of Tom and Cirie was the heroes tribe digging out their own brains and throwing them away. Post Merge, the heroes needed strategists to combat the villains and Cirie and Tom (and Amanda to some degree to be fair) were those strategists.

It didn't make it better that they decided to keep Candice afterwards in favor of booting Tom, so there was really no point in even bringing up trying to eliminate Candice if they were just going to do Cirie's plan anyways and get rid of Tom next. If Cirie had never left, Candice would have been more secure and never flipped. All of the people that Cirie formed alliances with made it to the finale and won when they kept her around long enough.

Yes, and the fact that the heroes would probably be down 8-4 (they may have delayed the merge to give the heroes a chance to have a comeback) or 8-2 had they kept Cirie would be irrelevant, right? Cirie on paper shouldn't have made to the merge in any of her seasons. She was a challenge liability and a schemer who could easily expose and slip through the cracks post-merge. This season her competition was actually smart enough to get rid of her. She probably would've been voted out had any of her tribes went to tribal counsel pre-merge in Game Changers as well.

Matthew Boudreau JT was NEVER in an alliance with Cirie. What show did you watch?! Go watch his confessionals atleast. He never thought of her as an alliance at all. His first alliance was with Tom, Colby and Steph. He made an alliance with them in Day 1. And he backstab them when he chooses Amanda over Steph in Day 6. So from there his alliance shifted to Amanda, James and Rupert who were in an alliance from Day 1. He explain in his confessional before Tribal why he voted for Cirie. In his mind the only alliance he needed to protect was Amanda, Rupert and James. He thought Tom-Colby was tight but can easily be taken out because they are the outsiders. Candice-Cirie on the other hand are the vote swingers atleast that is what he thought until he saw Cirie talk to Amanda and successfully convince her to do her plan. That is what worried JT the most because in his mind Cirie wasn't even part of their alliance and yet she had power over them because Amanda listens to her. Remember JT tried to get Candice out at first and the plan was set (Amanda-Tom-Colby-JT-James all agreed to vote Candice) until Cirie tried to save Candice by convincing Amanda to change the plan. So that's where JT decided to get rid of Cirie instead by voting Cirie along with Tom and Colby. If Cirie didn't try to save Candice she would have never gone home. It was her own fault honestly. And Candice (who she save) later on ruins the Heroes last hope or chance. Plus if you watch Amanda's not-aired confessionals (it wasn't aired on TV but was on the HvV DVD) she said that JT comes to her and told her things against Candice and Cirie. That they weren't on her side etc. and was planning to cut her off. That alone you can tell that JT is definitely worried about the 3 girls so he was trying to ruin them and when that didn't work he just decided to cut off Cirie instead. Which for me atleast was a good plan for him at that moment. Cirie could have easily rallied them 3 girls + James to vote off JT later on and get him out. So to avoid that from happening he acted first and vote off Cirie before she get him voted off which is smart. But the stupid thing he did though was voting off Tom right afterwards. He should have cut off Candice first as originally planned.

@@AllRequired Being taken to the end without being seen as much of a threat until then is one of the best strategies on the whole show. By then, most of the works been done for you, and you could at least have have allience you can trust in, an idol to protect you, or a challenge or two you can win immunities in. Fiji, Game Changers, HvV, Samoa, and San Juan del Sur are just some examples of seasons where people won doing just that or close to it. Sandra won two seasons like that.

Tom’s best move ever, in either of his games. He was the ONLY GUY in all of ciries seasons who realized how much she needed to go fast. She’s a super dangerous player who can quietly take control and, unlike some other strong players, isn’t a strong physical player who is necessary to keep for challenges. It’s really a testament to her socio-strategic skill that this is still the only time she was ever taken out before the finale! If I ever go on survivor with Cirie, much as she’s lovely, I’d try to take her out ASAP. Aside from just that, this move is also great numbers-wise. By getting JT to flip, Tom ensured that there would be drama between JT and his allies, and that perhaps that rift could cause JT to be voted out as untrustworthy before, say, Tom. Also, this vote left 7 Heroes left, so that if JT stuck with Tom and Colby, they’d only need to flip one more person to have a solid majority! It was a great move in every way, and it’s a pity Tom was taken out before the merge, with him on the Heroes they couldve gone to the end for sure!

She's no threat at all during the pre-merge stage, but she's positively lethal right before the end-game. Needed to work on her physical play a bit.

Cirie is good. But in Panama, she's not really that good. She started from the bottom. I know. But she didn't have a final 2 alliance. She probably had a final 2 alliance with Aras but she didn't make connection with Terry. Knowing that at that time. Terry's the one who holds power cause he won immunity. In Micronesia, she failed because she's always at the bottom of the alliance while Parvati has the most number of cards In HvV. Had she shut her mouth, Candice would have been gone and James next. In GC, Lacina was just so good.

She has never gone out with a majority vote in the 4 times she’s played. The moves Cirie has made are one of the best moves in history and I can literally list them.

@@mohammedsarhan4603 Yes she's good. But we also have to accept co'mon guys. People have done so much better in this game. There are so many people who made it to the end twice. (Amanda, Russel, Parv, Sandra, Rob, Michelle, Natalie) 2 of them won the show twice. Another 2 almost won the show twice as well had they made it to the finals again (Tina and Sarah). One person who debuted in s4 played the most amount of days in survivor. Another person is arguably the best to play this game. She debuted in s16. And she played the most amount of days for 4time players. Another one who debuted in s32 is the only player to play multiple times and never got their torch snuffed. Also. There are many people who won this game w/ unanimous votes. There are 2 guys who did a notch better than the rest by becoming not just challenge beasts but also controlled their games. (S26 and s19). Great players also won their way to the end by winning immunity challenges (s30, and S10) There is another person who attended all tribals councils and then still won. So yes. Counting all those people. I think Cirie's accomplishments are not tha special.

@@markrivera4325 she would have always made it to the end had it not been for a stupid twist, it’s just bad luck that gets her out. The “great players” you mentioned don’t have as memorable of game moves like cirie. They are good, really good but cirie literally orchestrated a perfect 3-2-1 vote in Panama. Probably one of the firsts to make that move. That was season 12. She legit made someone give up individual immunity in season 16 Micronesia. She made it to the final 3 in Micronesia and would have won had it not been a final 2. Being a winner doesn’t make you a great, how you play the game to get to that point does. She played a great game that got her to the end so many times but because of bad luck and unfortunate events, her torch gets snuffed out. You should do more research on the legendary Cirie. She played this game 4 times, in the top 5 of most days played in survivor. Played a perfect game 3/4 times. You can’t say that about too many survivor players...

This was the first vote of HvV the bummed me out. Voting out Cirie was short sighted on JT’s part as she could have helped against the villains at the merge. He played for the endgame too soon like Lex when he voted out Hatch, Colby and Ethan and made himself the biggest target at the merge. Cirie certainly wouldn’t have gone weak at the knees over Russell’s manliness and given him the idol like JT or blurted out that he thought there was a woman’s alliance on the villains tribe like Rupert.
