Tasha almost drowned in Cambodia. Osten almost drowned in Pearl Islands. Pearl Islands aired before Cambodia did, so there’s no telling if there was a safety team back then or not before Cambodia.

Especially since he wanted to quit almost from the start. He finally quit for real when the Outcasts were introduced that won a challenge where thankfully Lil got reinstated into the game and became runner-up.
