She played more of Old Wise Lady Game because she pretty much was trying to help the heroes out and each of them screwed themselves over by not getting Russell out but it worked for Sandra because they didn't get rid of Russell and they didn't liked Parvati as much as Sandra. I personally think that it was really good move.

Russell's downfall was Sandra's uprising. He was so confident that he could beat Sandra, yet Sandra had so many positive connections on the jury that he simply didn't have. Parvati was even aware that Sandra is dangerous in front of the jury, and Sandra is deceptively talented at sweet-talking and convincing a jury. Sandra is still within the top 5, arguably top 3 Survivor players of all time; nobody wins twice from just luck.
