Sir we should do surye namaskar only 9 time becuse there are 12 step in one surye namskar if you hv been doing 9 time then 12 into 9 equal to 108 thatswhy 9 round surye namaskar is more beneficial jaise kheer me agar sakkar adhik parr jay toh swad khatam ho jata hai bilkul waisa hi hai yaha belive me 9 time slowly slowly to perform it very very beneficial 👍
