I remember the first time I saw her come out on that stage in 2009, I was just like everyone else. I thought ok, this is a joke, she's not going to be able to sing worth anything. But just like everyone else in that auditorium I was shocked to the core the moment those first beautiful notes of song came out of her mouth. I had to listen to her sing that song over and over again and again. I had to watch the reactions of everyone there. The responses of the judges when she was finished signing.
