Love your ideas! It’s nice to get a fresh perspective.... especially if you’ve been teaching for a while. (23 years in 1st). Do you have any ideas for compound words, contractions, fractions? Also....what does your daily schedule look like? Thank you for your enthusiasm and dedication to teaching!!

So helpful especially for fist grade. Would love to se a game for nonsense word fluency. The more hands on the better my class learns!! Also sight word games would be extremely helpful for my kiddos😍 Thanks so much

Keeping the “simple view of reading” ( 3 curing strategies are out! The are a definite no no!) and all the research on Reading and the need for phonemic awareness I would love more phonics and phonemic awareness games.

I love this one! My students also love "Erase 'Em" which was my 2nd video and is similar to this game!

this is a great exercise! I'm going to use it today. Did you know "frag" is actually a word that videogamers use meaning to kill somebody in a game? Language is wonderful.

I've never done more formal/proper activities like this as I thought they'd be too crazy for it...always TPR heavy in my classes. I'd be worried if I did this they's just be dumbstruck unless presented as more of a game... thoughts anyone?
