From what I can tell from this video, she has the kind of voice for which you get amazing control to sing however you like but which is so loose that nothing you sing live sounds radio-friendly. There's a couple of those out there. And there's always some dude for which it's too much to handle. So of course they would dislike. Those of us who like it appreciate the roughness in the performance. But it definitely isn't for everybody.
