People are ignoring the chinese angle in this. Galwan in 2020 happened to releive the pressure paxtan was facing from India. Rem it happened when India started talking about radio in pok etc. Paxtan and China are coordinating these attacks. Indian gov is not responding because chinese front is active right now. Sometimes back there were trips from paxtan to China and then attacks started happening in kashmir.
