The Hajong community is one of the other indigenous communities in Bangladesh. Indigenous people of Hajong Plain in Bangladesh. The Hajong community has its own language, known as the Hajong language. For example: - How are you? The word " kingka ase" comes from Hajong language. The Hajongs have their own culture, songs, folklore, and even contributed to the anti-British movement and Tangko movement . Our Hajong community has a history of heroism like Hajong Mata Rashimoni, a song about protecting a woman from danger.During the war of liberation and Hajong had a contribution. There is also variety in the traditional clothing of Hajong. The Hajong community is mainly engaged in agriculture. The people of Hajong community are Hindus. Take love from Hajong tribe community. 💜💜💜🙏 This song meaning is.... Nasek Nasek Hapal Gilla (Dancing dancing little boys and girls) Khilaboo Aji Amrau (We will play today) Toke moke dhuribo (Catch each other) Gaoni Makhabau (Apply on body) Hubala Gaoni aji (In everyone's body today) Pak thakibo lagiboo (Must have mud ..) Maral Gula !! (Hey! Headman !!) Hey! Maral Gula Puilau Rua (Hey! Headman's first paddy planting) Lagabau aji bhaui (I will plant today brother) Nasek Nasek (Dancing dancing ) Hey! Nasek Nasek (Hey! Dancing dancing ) The agrarian society of the Hajongs. That is why there are various rituals around agricultural work in Hajong society, In the past, the Hajong headmen's house was well-developed. At that time they do Pek Khela(Mud game) , Puilau Rua( The first paddy planting), Shesh Rua (Last paddy planting), So these songs do not become such a practice. Puilau Rua means the first day when rice seedlings are sown in the paddy field of Headman. On that day, everyone in the village, including Headman, who went to sow paddy in the field, started playing Pek Khila (Mud game). One makes the other muddy, the women make the other muddy with the sound of the owl, creating a happy atmosphere. The Hajong women, who had come to sow paddy in the house of the maids of the Headman house, smeared the mud that had been brought from the land on that day by filling jugs, incense, and wished good luck with the sound of ulu. Children, teenagers, young girls, women, men all wear that mud, wishing that the harvest of Headman house will be good in the coming years.

Well, the song is actually a fusion of Hagong (a tribal language of northern Bangladesh) and Bangla . Here, 'Nasek' means 'Let's Dance'. February is the month of International Mother Language day and Bangladeshi are only nation who sacrifice their life for mother language in 21 Feb. 1952.So, the coke studio Bangla paid respect to the multi-cultural languages that are present in Bangladesh. To make the songs comprehensible for non-Bengali viewers like you, Coke studio Bangla also enable the accessibility of English subtitle.
