आर्थिक नोक्सानबाट बच्न कुनै पनि ब्रोकरसँग लगानी गर्नु अघि विस्तृत अनुसन्धान गर्ने प्रयास गर्नुहोस्। आफूलाई घाटाबाट जोगाउनको लागि, म तपाईंलाई पनि त्यसै गर्न सल्लाह दिन्छु, किनकि मैले दुई महिनाभन्दा बढी समय आफूसँग लगानी गर्न चाहने व्यक्तिहरूलाई होसियारीपूर्वक अनुसन्धान गर्न बिताएको छु। उहाँसँगको मेरो लगानी 7 वर्ष भन्दा बढी समयदेखि राम्रोसँग चलिरहेको छ।

Not at all। There exists number of experts in ministry and department। The only thing is that it's not easy to implement reforms It's not like giving speech in podcast

Why was overpopulation in Kathmandu not addressed as one of the main reason for real estate inflation?? Did they forget or was that common knowledge?

Please explain your reasons.. I’m interested in knowing why people think this might be the cause.. if it really actually is the cause or if this thought has sprouted because of recent doings or policy’s or thoughts provoked by the recent mayor!!!

@@gauravdahal2 National economic census says 50% of our ecoonmy is informal economy. ILO says 70% of our economy is informal economy. That's what he is quoting. @@Kjhgfd123 that would imply the national gdp is 70% bigger than it is? or is that corrected for in the gdp calculations?

@@gauravdahal2 GDP consists of both formal and Informal sectors. For example, Wholesale and retail is the Largest employer of Nepal, a majority of which is informal. If informal retail were excluded from GDP calculations, our GDP would be 5-10% less than what it is now.
