Sushi-Bazooka for first timer

This is our first experience with this bazooka, Simon usually makes these by hand and I thought I'd buy this to see how it goes. Simon isn't one for change, but actually and surprisingly likes this new way of doing his Sushi/California rolls. Hopefully and even if this helps only one person out there to use theirs, will make this worth while.
