If u cut the aloe Vera plant off and put the leaf in the freezer for the next time ur out in the sun. Cut it open and use the inside of the plant on ur sun burn, OMG it feels amazing and it's helps heal ur burns

I respect you have family there. Everyone who goes on holiday there in Thailand gets sick badly with tummy thing. Of course, it's not COVID! I feel Aaron’s pain with the sun 😭 I got burnt so bad at the beach last year. I was coated in sunscreen with the highest spf I could find, I reapplied every 30 minutes and I still got burnt. It was so bad that I believe it was sun poisoning because I got tons of little blisters everywhere and my face swelled up so bad it looked like I had an allergic reaction 😂

I feel your pain Aaron. I burn within 10 minutes, I feel so drained and exhausted that night/next day. I plan my outdoor putti game on weather and shade. When I was a teenager I burnt so bad that I had blisters on my face. And now if I am in the sun too long I get full of blisters. I sun burn in the winter. And I live in Northern Canada.
