Okay first of all i am against any gender bias. But when it comes to wages how can it be equal , i just can't digest it. It's not about male and female, even all male actors don't get same wages. So how does it imply as a gender issue ? In a movie if a 60% of screen time is of a person alone, how can u pay him equal to others, when the amount of work is different ? Now the question comes there aren't enough female centric films, I will agree with her on this part but even here people who want to do that kind of films are doing like VIDYA, KANGANA,( ANUSHKA &ALIA a bit) . And now comes the point that why don't these actresses get paid as much as khans. It's just becoz they don't make the producer make that much money that khans do. It's after all a bussiness, who brings the best profit to the table gets the biggest pie. At last i just wanna say we are just making up a situation and applying equality where there is no need of it. There are some genuine gender issues which are just being ignored cause of this drama.

I'm telling a normal movie which for example have established and popular actors like deepika and srk together where both of them have equal and important roles like om shanti om and specifically Chennai express still the difference in pay check is so much...in all the movies of kangana vidya...and all or so called female centric films there r no big stars apart from them but srk salmon movies haves stars like deepika Katrina who r equally popular...and u can c movies like ramleela yeh dil a muskil Harry meets sejal and all movies which have equal and difficult roles for actress along with actors still the pay difference is veryyyy huge ..yes definitely the respect male actors get and the amount of croud they pull to theatres is more ....still srk with 3 generations of actress but it's not like that for female leads the people thinking and mind r still partial somewhere kareena saif marriage is much easy and acceptable compared to pc and Nick... The mindset should b changed and u shd understand things ... It's not always thinking one side and instead of considering as this as useless feminism saying woman need more than they deserve try understanding things
