That happened to me once in Pacific Beach, brand new phone broke. Sergeant Bowman didn't like me filming so he refused to answer the call or make a report. Guy broke my phone. The bar there and fire department said that's what you get for filming. Officer Stone here said the same thing here in Sacramento. So, if cops don't like you filming then good luck. Cops allowing their personal feelings to interfere with protecting your rights.
