Suspected drunk driver plows into people in NYC park

Officials say a suspected drunk driver drove his pickup truck into a New York City Park, killing three people and injuring eight others during a July 4th gathering. He was charged with driving under the influence. NBC News' George Solis reports.

And a new law needs to be established if you are caught drunk driving, suspended license for 5 years and if you violate that, 5 years imprisonment! Simple!

People drink too much these days. Even in Restaurants with dinners. I've seen parents with kids sluping down the alchohol even when they have their kids with them! wth.... thats wrong. Never drink with kids, not even one drink
