I know. Grand Union in NY, Acme Markets in Philly and Jersey where my grandfather worked after WW1. Kirk must have been from Vermont or Maine or somewhere like that.

This reminds me of: My mother worked in a supermarket in the 60s where a German butcher killed his wife with a butcher's knife in her bed. Eek! BTW, it is not "cold as a witch's hide." It is another part of the witch's anatomy.
