Great set of pull moves. I like suspension training, JP! Unlike resistance bands, suspension training is hardest in the beginning of the move (at long muscle lengths). This means, the negative gets progressively harder as you go, which again is the opposite of bands. I prefer rope pulley trainers, which allow for one handed exercises. My favorite pulley is the Runstan Series 50, sized for a 12mm rope such as that used by the Nossk RT17. Going one handed means you stay in the deeper half of the range. It's easier to "lift heavy" with one-handed pulley suspension trainers without getting at crazy body angles. The downside is that it takes longer to do one set.
