Suspicious Activity with Bird Scooter

After reviewing the video of the catastrophic gutter failure, I decided to review the video from the rest of while we were gone. At that point I noticed that there was a Bird scooter on our driveway on Saturday. This video shows how it got there.
The person drives up in his car, takes out the scooter, and then rides away. About twenty minutes later, he shows back up, leaving the scooter in the driveway. He then goes back to his car, inexplicably kicks it, gets in the driver side, and drives away. Later that evening, someone comes by and picks up the scooter.
I can only assume that the scooter was used while committing a burglary.
