thanks for posting this. I just rewatched the film for the first time In many years. Harper looks somewhat befuddled throughout it which was probably Argentos intention. She probably had no idea how the film would turn out: one cannot act in an Argento film in an ordinary way. she must have been pleasantly surprised to see the esteem for the film grow in stature over the years so that now it is ordinarily considered the best film Argento ever made demonstrating the best qualities of his unique style of horror.
