I am glad to see a small company that has adapted the Toyota system to help them and not just use the 5S method and pushed it on to there production. I wish your company was closer to me as I would like to be a part of it . I look forward to seeing the next video.

Daniel, thank you - a most interesting video. As a matter of interest we used the tool shadow setup in the RAF for years when it is essential that ALL tools are accounted for after any service procedure. I assume they still do (I'm now well retired!).

Interesting concept wonder how I can apply that so my senior bosses will listen in the Public Sector, as I think our new head is wanting some major rethinking to make things better to Serve the public and our staff.

Good thought Paul....there might be some resistance, but lean is contagious once people catch the vision for themselves. It can be scary for management though...
