I love the way Luke held the snake close and smiled. It does look like a real timber rattler and it must have been defanged for him to hold it close to his face like that. Sadly defanged snakes cant eat and die of starvation.

When Laura wanted to call the police Luke acted like a jerk to her (though I understand why they didn't want her to call them). Looking forward to Robert coming on the scene to woo Laura to keep Luke on his toes. Luke needs that. :)

Hi Sus, I finally made it! I know it's more dramatic to fish the snake out of the gift box with an umbrella, but I would have just put the gift box inside of the larger box. Notice that Laura's left dealing with the snake, such is the life of a receptionist. LOL Alex is just awful, I'd want to smack her as well. Besides, why would she be afraid of a snake, they have so much in common.

I still think they should have had a fling between Scorpio and Laura. Would have made the boat scenes a lot more fun to see Luke and Robert fighting over Laura. Luke is better with Alex anyway, he is more her age than Laura's. I know we would have missed the November wedding, but still it would have been fun.
