This is a great idea. I wonder if you would get better dehydration if you have a vent for humid air to move out of.

The nice thing about the solar rv fan we installed is we can reverse the fan to draw air out. We did drill some exhaust holes on the opposite side of the unit.

Thanks for sharing the process in such great detail so others can follow along. I'd never even thought of doing this. If the S*** hits the fan, people would be relying on techniques like this to survive, so it's a good skill to know.
