"Mr. Miura is no longer a being that exists on this physical plane. While we won't be able to talk going forward, your spirit will be with me through time and space in my memories and in my heart. Mr. Miura, as always, I am in your debt" - Susumu Hirasawa

BREAKING NEWS: Horror at a Japanese singer’s concert. A Berserk enthusiast kills hundreds of spectators with a giant sword screaming “GRIFFIIIIIIIISSSS!!!!”
This was not even close to what I would've imagined, but it really supports my high regard for this man. Every time someone mentions watching Berserk '97, my first response is always "Hell yeah, the one with the amazing Susumu Hirasawa soundtrack."

Time assaults us with towering waves I answer to the fading voices trolling the night roads I will never forget about you On this road of unfulfillment, I still stand alone Like a wounded bird, I endure the rain with grace Awash in the blood of the wounded earth, we sleep Oh stars, grandly recount the events of this night! I will never forget about you I simply exist alone in this freezing night O unfading voices, revive now to your full strength! Hai Yai Forces Hai Yai Forces Listen, o soaring tower of darkness, at which even the wind cries Shed light on you, wounded and trolling the night roads I will never forget about you On this road of unfulfillment, I still walk alone Go forth! Never watched Berserk, and I only read a bit of the first chapter. I think I was just too scared to really give it a shot because of what I’ve heard is in the manga, but after hearing this song on Spotify, and subsequently going on a KZbin trip to find multiple videos using Forces, I have to give it a shot. This song made me get hype, and made me cry. It’s a disservice to Mr. Miura and myself to not read his story that has brought so many people together.
