Your dad needs to set up his own KZbin. He could be a multi-platform social media star. It’s more than just the top notch cooking skills. He drops some good advice and brings an edge and coolness you don’t see in the other Food Network stars. He would have no problem getting collabs with top KZbin stars who would kill to work with him.

@@bongwater7908 Yes, Susur Lee is a top chef based in Toronto. With the right producer and manager, he could be the next Anthony Bourdain but I don’t think he has the same ambition and thirst for fame as his contemporaries who appear constantly on the Food Network.

As a food scientist it’s always interesting to watch these episodes. Chef Lee has a very good understanding of what techniques and methods are best for preparing a certain dish, but the understanding/explanation for why it’s done is often skewed. His intuition and ability to learn from different cultures are some of the best I’ve seen.

I love Master Of Susur cooking because he's just creating. You don't know what he's going to make next mix with what. On top of that technique with knife skills top notch. we all want to be able to cook so to watch someone really be able to cook and understand balance in different flavors along with culture. The processing plant for Jidori Chicken is in DTLA. They are the provider for all the restaurants and markets in LA, and ship overnight to other cities. I'm sure your dad can get the direct hookup for birds from the plant.
