@@arunn848 a leader should be able to effectively communicate with his or her team members .. not only in a professional way but also in a friendly manner to hold a healthy relationship which will also effect in their profession. But I get your point as an introvert I many a times wanted to be a leader in my school , but I refused the opportunity when it knocked my door , I don't know why...

@@sowmiya-c3y for your info I'm a successful leader being an introvert.. this helped me boost up my career because I mind my own work and be more helpful or care like a mother to my teammates.. I usually do not dominate so that nature helped me being successful..but yes being an introvert also made me feel I could not compete in certain personality/characters that was challenging for me .. I never ended up in an argument that made others feel bad because of me.. Introverts will learn being a leader their own way..

Because these personality colours can be learn & unlearn, utilised & left out, blocked & dragged so we can be a mixture of such colours may be the dominant colour we show off could change according to the surroundings. Hi RJ Ananthi. How are you? I really enjoyed the way you explained the gist of the novel. It is fun to read, but as a psychology student, I want to add a fun fact that the personality types in the novel are presented through a typological approach (A method that is not yet proven to give precise results).One thing I would agree is that everybody has a unique personality; but people cannot be categorized perfectly into any colour (personality type). For example, a red personality may be dominant, controlling, possessing leadership qualities, and an introvert (instead of an extrovert). Enjoyed this video. Take care. 😊

Was just reading this book since last two weeks. I am glad you reviewed the same @ Anandhi. I now have better retention of what's been told in the book. It was a good read and I think when you understand and categorize the peoples behaviour , your expectations from them will have a sound ground, be it at work place or with friends. That being said,I felt the the literature didn't have a scientific backing ( DISC system) and the personal experiences as examples quoted in the book were far fetched from reality or too niche . Personally I beleive , we are all mix up of colours and hence are lives are beautiful ❤️
