At one point, I understood that i was using my mobile most of the times for no reasons.. literally NO reasons.. so i stopped scrolling through insta and fb. After few months, i couldnt understand what my friends or even my relatives are discussing about.. because there is something called Trend thats going on now. It made me feel i was not upto date. I was downgraded because i stood alone on the group without understanding what they discuss and that made me use mobile again.. atleast to know whats being famous now..
