ill let you in on a secret. Nobody is an introvert. Some people are just tired to talk. Western ideology is to tag and glorify every limitation human beings have. If you energize yourself the rightway, the eastern way, nobody can ever be limited in anyway, you'll do what is needed, either be it talking or fighting or simply sit umnmoved and meditating, it shd all be possible.

If you respect or like the other person, you will do all of these automatically… the one who is talking with you should be able to pick up the vibe you are giving..don’t fake it by just following it like “things to remember while talking”. It will be awkward and you can never really connect with them emotionally.
