Paul is such a good interviewer - he asks the question, then lets his subject talk. So rare nowadays. Sutton is really open, honest and funny, besides her tremendous talent. Something I picked up on was the subtle difference in her attitude after Paul asked her about her daughter. She switched to "proud mama" role in a very charming way without it sounding staged. Little things like that are what make her such a fan favorite. I truly hope she wins another Tony this year, she deserves it ❣

Such a fun interview. I love your interviews Paul. You do such an amazing job. I finally got to see Music Man after waiting for 2 years and it was brilliant. Hugh was so charming as Harold and Sutton was amazing as always. I'll never forget how wonderful Sutton is and was to me. She brought me to her dressing room during Drowsy Chaperone. She is just so kind and generous. I love that her daughter Emily loves to see all the shows. I met Hugh once in passing and she was also incredibly kind. Nothing makes me happier than to see 2 lovely people getting so much success. I've been a fan of both of them for years. I'm so happy they were nominated for the Tonys because the music man is so much fun and it makes me smile whenever I see it.
