Sutton Manor Colliery: A peak into the past

The Dream Sculpture is situated on the former grounds of Sutton Manor Colliery in Sutton Manor. The sculpture depicts the head of a young girl with closed eyes, seemingly in a state of dreaming about the future.

Great video..I watched the Dream being built and was lucky enough to be there when the final piece ( a glass top ) was put in place..
