Suwari waza shomen uchi irimi nage is a technique in Aikido performed from a seated position (suwari waza) against an overhead strike to the front of the head (shomen uchi). "Irimi nage" translates to "entering throw." In this technique, you blend with the attack, entering into the opponent's space while redirecting their energy, and then execute a throwing motion. It's a fundamental technique in Aikido training, focusing on timing, balance, and control.
