Away from what she said which I believe everyone here like me learnt from, I picked up on how suggestive her responses are, how her answers are both yes and no, you can straight away tell she isn't the I know it all type of leader.... I'm really inspired by this podcast, thank you madam and thank you suwilanji for giving us an opportunity to interact with great minds❤

Interesting and very informative and inspirational interview with the current CEO of Zanaco. At Barclays Bank PLC , I closely worked with Chita Chibesakunda (Mukwandi’s husband) from 2000 to 2006. From 1st October 2008, When I joined Standard Chartered Bank PLC, I shared the same Office (5th Floor) just the 2 of us with Boss Mukwandi. Within the first few weeks at StanChart, I learnt a lot from Mukwandi and her professional experience, skills and knowledge, insights and attitude towards management and leadership skills. Great lady with her signature smile even when things seem tough for everyone around. May God bless her and her household

I must say this is my second favorite Podcast after the one with Mr Sonny Zulu. I've been motivated individually especially as a young person who is thinking of growing his career in the banking sector. I enjoyed every single second of it and looking forward to seeing more episodes of such nature🔥❤️. Thank you Suwilanji

Brilliant work Suwi! My expectations for this podcast have been met. Thank you! Key takeaways; 1. Whatever vision it is you have for your life; write it down, act on it and implement it with integrity. 2. Enjoy the moment, don't rush. 3. Be ready to work with other people. 4. Respect everyone. 5. Be yourself, you're unique; allow yourself to soar and shine. Such a calm and authentic person. I hope to meet this woman soon.

She is a lovely person, concise in her speech, intelligent and poised. All her answers were insightful. I met her when she CEO at NATSAVE. I was looking for a banking job opportunity, waited for her as she came in, she gave me an audience and she was calm/accommodating.
