Jim his mentor is my boss where I work. I feel it. Amazing. Leadership is all about being in harmony and peace with yourself at all times. And continuing to execute facing your fears whenever you can. Once you realize all these "limitations " and bad traits you have are all untapped in your unconcious state, you unlock and find the pot of gold at the rainbow. You influence people's hearts and mental states, you help show them subtlety how to focus and take charge of their sexuality and embrace it. Act like a dad, everyone great is a dad at heart. Manage people's mental states. You don't control people or exercise authority, you help them if they have a tough day and subtlety give them a pat on the back, grow on scale. The more self aware you are the more you are allowed access too. Be comfortable in your own skin, I walk around my house naked just because it made me 110% in my own skin. I sing in a public just for the purpose of conquering a mental blockage that it's "scary". Embrace being an original creative thinker in your respective passionate passion. Embrace your young hot blood, ask questions as much as possible in your own head and look for the answers by yourself, to get in a state of mind of questioning, which leads to finding your own creative original ideas. Have a rock, that rock could be a woman, hobby, or just an idea. That rock is always there no matter wherw you are. It will always keep you grounded. I always think of my woman, when I'm helping my team out I can anticipate where my teammates will go towards in their mental state. I love that woman and thats all you need. I don't have any urges anymore that I'm unable to notice..I know when I'm horny, mad, passionate, happy, sad, I'm in touch with my emotions and guide my mental state. It helps to grow up with a father who is their for you when you need them most, always get up. How you think when you lose determines how long until you win. Don't party, have a family you go home to everynight. You don't want millions, you want to serve and help your local community first. Learn from the past, listen to music from the 50's to understand their mental States. The president knew he was going to president, Tom brady knew he was going to be the Goat, John mayer knew he was going to be the best guitarist. Once you find exactly who you are, you don't even need college. College is a safety blanket if you can't figure out how to open up your conscious Elon discovered exactly who he was and was in harmony and peace in the universe with leaving high school. Once you can lie down and have zero thoughts and just listen to the ambient noise in your own head. You made it. No idea is crazy, no belief is too far out of reach. Embrace how your mind influences the world around you. Coaches intuitively feel the lineage of past coaches, it goes very far back. Playing football just senior year to attempt to get a girl back also tends to help hahah!! Do what would look cool and alpha in a biography every waking moment. Don't create a mask, be confidently authentic always.

Stressing is pointless. It gets nothing done. And this I believe is one one of the key things to a happy life. I’m years away from calculated millions generated from Real Estate, and light years away from reaching my full potential and every goal. But what allows me to jump out of bed even after losing it all, or having the worst day so far of my life, is knowing that there is nothing life could possibly throw at me that would stress me out to the point of taking me off my course. You gain a feeling of invincibility. Strength through sucking it up. And to anyone going through hell right now. Enjoy it. Learn from it. Study why you are eating shit, and than do something about it. You are greater than any problem. And I promise you that if you keep grinding and hold on to only one thing, persistence. You will accomplish anything that you want. CAUTION: None of this will work if you haven’t taken full accountability of yourself and every last thing in your life.

Tony Robbins is spot-on-leadership isn’t just an innate trait; it’s a skill that anyone can learn and refine. I've been listening and following Tony for a very long time. He's at his best when he is just reminding us of the truths we know but have failed to practice. There is no magic sauce or secret to discover. He just tells us the basic truth that if we are reaching out for advice it's because we have developed bad habits that are inhibiting our success. In other words, if you're fat, it's because you don't work out or eat well. If you are financially failing, it's because you don't focus on the solution of education, hard work and saving/investing. Tony is not a magic pill - he is just a refreshing reminder of what, deep down, we know is true. Own your life.

9:38 Culture. Starts at the head - leader’s state impacts everybody else. 11:04 *Leadership is the capacity to discipline your disappointment.* Because you're going to go through failures, and instead of dwelling on your failures you're going to have to learn from them. 11:50 A great boss wants to hire leaders. They want to hire people who are better than they are. What will really free you as a leader is recruiting other leaders. Training other leaders. That's what allows an organization to grow. *What does a leader really do? THEY GET THE RESULT. THEY FIND THE WAY TO VICTORY. They find a way to create breakthroughs with teams of people. They don't just do it themselves. Otherwise you can't leverage; you can't grow.* 12:20 In order to influence people, you've gotta understand what already influences them. Build strong rapport and deep connection first. (trust is the foundation of relationships) 17:30 *Technology is making labor less value.* Unless you're high cognitive, high decision making, high tech (knowledge work). 24:40 *Progress = Happiness* If you’re not growing, you’re dying inside. 26:40 *Entrepreneurs love risk* 33:55 Losers react. Leaders anticipate. 35:53 What business are you in? What business are you *_really_* in? *Apple = we’re in the business of connecting people to their passions.* If they would have stayed *Apple **_Computer_* , they would not be one of the richest companies in the world - it’s when they expanded & increased what their new core business was.

Tony, you are such an inspiration to me. Someone who I have admired and looked up to for as long as I can remember. You are one of the many who taught me to realize my own strength. For that I am eternally grateful. ❤
