Great review. I really enjoy art crayons, and my favorite runner up to Neo 2’s are Lyra. They are soft and opaque, and yet budget friendly. 💕

I ❤ Neocolors. In 🇩🇪 you can get a set of 15 for around 30€. I would go for these rather than the Sargent's. Neocolors are also lightfast and available open stock, if you need to replace them. I loved your colourful flowers!
