Apart from that very awkward beam in the attic which might be changeable with the right technology - at floor level possibly - all else is pretty nice. The living room area is not very big, nor the kitchen, but it does have everything it needs, and the garden is the selling point - beautifully spacious yet with good useful sheds for tools & the messy stuff ! A nice family home IMO !

This is nice country home, and can see the Living room is comfortable, and like the idea of a fire place in living room. Kitchen just could use updating maybe, by new people with perhaps washer and dryer added to the one side of the bckside, after kitchen, that area that walks out from kitchen and then outside to backyard could be so useful!! Or, it could be a Pantry instead.But washer and dryer is always nice. great that septic 'may well not be any problem or need anything checked .' That is such a great help. The land is truly nice and think anyone would love all the privacy with only a neighbor some place in near area, but not too close either. You sometimes love being with people and then all at once when home you are ready to relax and just be home, and comfortable. That is me anyway. A lovely herb garden and Veg garden can be seen in 'my eyes anyway. ' Some may prefer a pool? So much could be done, Patio areas etc, off back of house, would be so nice, but it can be a little by little project, whatever anyone could afford, but it could make a very cosy home, for the right person or couple, with smaller family, that would enjoy nice private area when home!

The step in the bathroom would drive me mad I think. The owners should have chosen a different floor color besides that white tile. Critical I know. Outside of the property was my favorite part besides those kitchen cabinets. 👍🏻 #no wave 😬
